All Essentia nurses have the right to choose to support and not to support the union. This means you can choose not to sign a card or petition if asked; and you can choose to vote “no” (against the union) even if you previously supported the union.

Any election scheduled at an Essentia clinic would be supervised by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and would be conducted by secret ballot. No one will ever know how you vote (unless you tell them).
