• Nurses at Duluth Clinic 1^st Street Building elected the MNA on Feb. 6, 2024. Almost five months later, Essentia and MNA have not met for their first bargaining session (the first session is scheduled for July 9, 2024).
• Nurses at Duluth Clinic 2^nd Street Building elected the MNA on Feb. 29, 2024. Again, Essentia and the MNA have not yet met to begin bargaining (the first session is scheduled for July 10, 2024).
• Nurses at the Essentia Health Surgery Center – Miller Hill elected the MNA on May 30, 2024. 
• Nurses and other employees at Essentia –Solvay Hospice House elected the MNA on May 29, 2024.

When and where has the NLRB scheduled future elections at Essentia?

• On June 7, 2024, the MNA filed a petition seeking to represent nurses at the Duluth Clinic 3^rd Street Building; the NLRB will conduct an election at the 3^rd Street Clinic on July 9, 2024.
• On June 7, 2024, the MNA filed a petition seeking to represent nurses working as Patient Flow Coordinators at Essentia Health-Duluth (Miller Dwan Building D); the NLRB will conduct an election for this group on July 10, 2024.
• On June 20, 2024, the MNA filed a petition seeking to represent nurses at the Essentia Health Superior Clinic (3500 Tower Avenue Superior, Wisconsin); the NLRB will conduct an election the Superior Clinic on a date TBD.

All NLRB elections are supervised by a representative from the NLRB and are conducted by secret ballot.
